  • IRIS ships all over India.
  1. Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
  • No, IRIS offers free shipping on all orders.
  1. My order has been shipped. How can I track it?
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  1. Cash on Delivery?
  • For Cash On Delivery orders, there is an extra charge applies.
  • We shall first call on the phone number provided in your order to confirm, and then we shall dispatch the order. If no one is available to receive the shipment then, it shall be returned to us.
  • If you instead pay using Electronic methods for your next order, no extra charge will be added.
  • IRIS Cosmetics is not responsible for damage after delivery.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed to your credit/debit card account.
  • This is possible only if the courier is not out for transit. Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation will not be possible.
